I have a dangerous problem with my 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe

Asked by Leslie Jul 20, 2015 at 12:35 PM about the 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe

Question type: General

My Santa Fe loses all power while driving for two to four seconds then comes back on.
At times the vehicle makes a jerking movement during this.  I have noticed that all my
dash will black out during this (as if the car is off) and then jump right back on.  I have to
take my daughter back and forth to school and am afraid that this may cause an
accident.  I have a V6 but am unsure if its a GL or GLS (we bought this second hand)
