CAR JERKS WHILE DRIVING

MY HYUNDAI ACCENT HAS THIS JERKING PROBLEMS EVEN AFTER
TRANSMISSION CLEAN UP AND CHANGE  OF OIL.
AFTER EVERY REFUELLING IT EHEN I DRIVE IT STOPS AND NEED TO
RESTART AGAIN

I Have Nissan Tiida 2007, When driving the car it will stop while I'm the road and I have try continuously to start bt failure to start again. I've replaced the fuel pump and filter. What is the problem
