4 cylinder ranger swap to 6 cylinder body

If I replace a 6 cylinder 97 ford ranger motor with a
4 cylinder is there a wire harness available some
where or what will I need?

Any time you are installing a different size engine, there will be all kinds of problems. Starting with the motor mounts, exhaust system, Engine Control module, wiring harness, emissions, transmission, etc, etc, etc. This will be an expensive project.
