I saw an AD for a Ford Escape selling for $5000.00 so I made contac with the dealer asking to see the car so we could buy it. After a few emails He pulled the ad saying the price was wrong.

Question is this. Considering I had offered to buy the SUV before he pulled the ad, is he required by law to honor the published price?
