Does any one know where I can find the workshop manual inorder to repair this car

We had one order into Thailand we have to push it down from a container, Could not turn the key to start. The message on the dash board said "steering lock malfunction make a safe stop" We have TIS 200 We have ESI but they does not contain any informaton about this particular model. hello please could you help me with this problem you were having with your bls i have the same warning light on dash in orange, im a woman and im terrified of what could happen or how much a garage will charge me to fix this seen as though i know nothing about cars and the nearest cadillac garage to me is approx 3 hours away, this would be greatly appriciated kind regards miss laurie gray laurie_db@hotmail.co.uk
