No horsepower

No car has no horsepower, I'm horrible with car stuff, but
when I drive up a hill it dose the want to go, and it
sputters, I have to hit the gas harder to make it go and my
rpm  gage don't work, please help

Your writing skills are a bit shaky too. Have it scanned for trouble codes. That’s always the best place to start. The car’s computer often knows the problem. You just have to ask it.
