Why is my car not starting

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had my air worked on, I think they replaced ecm board said it was blowing or
Storting out relay switch. Now this makes the 3rd time my car won't start, the first
two times it ended up started after a few minutes, now it will not start, my lights
come on and a boost did not help.  I drove this car for a year it always started,
until the dealer fixed my air.

The dealership has had it all day, and of course it has started every time they have turned the key. So now I will be out 65$ and my car will not start another day, this I am sure of,,, which I understand time is money.

In the dealer's defense its sometimes difficult to fix a problem that isn't actually occurring while they have the car. I'm sure they've checked for trouble codes and again it seems odd that nothing shows, but it does happen. Having the dealership try to find that kind of problem will get expensive in a hurry. Maybe check around for an independent shop, preferably one that specializes in electrical issues, which sounds like what you might have. Shops like that do exist and the rate is likely much less than a dealership.
