I found a 2005 Hyundai elentra with 214 k
miles. Is it good enough to drive for a
while?

As long as the engine sounds good, and there are no problems with the trany. It may need some general maintenance, but that would be expected.

Just expect it to give up at anytime. Hyundias are not known for long life, haven't seen many in my area that last much over 150K, usually the mountains kill them.
