horn works sometimes

i have check the fuses    move around the wiring harness   doesn t help    moving steering colum sometimes gets it to work  not always very puzzleing

this may sound a little simple but it comes down to a couple things. if you press the horn pad do you get power to the horn? if yes its the horn itself. if not its morn then likely the clock spring. but if it was the clock spring the airbag light would be on. the clock spring is underneath the steering wheel on the steering column and allows electrical connection through the moving steering wheel
