You might have a misfire. Is the service engine soon light blinking? Any other lights lit up on the instrument panel? Try scanning for the trouble codes. I would not continue to drive it if the light is on, misfires will quickly damage the catalytic convertors and then you will be replacing those vs spark plugs or a coil.
