car wont start getting gas has weak spark replace fuel pump.filter, main relay,spark plugs,wires,rotor and cap,belt good and on timing. still wont start?

Check the Ignition Coil. If everything else is good, chances are the ignition coil is worn out and not generating enough power to the plugs.

My advice, check the battery power levels, Check start motor, check coil, Check the engine isn't seized (grab a 19mm socket and try to turn the engine over [preferably the way it turns over normally] if it turns, it's not siezed)
