1991 Honda Accord. went to start it, heard a click, then nothing. Wont come out of park.

If I put the key in the ignition, and another key in the spot by the shifter itll com out of park. No power, one brake light out

Either a bad battery or dirty battery cables, make sure the cable connections are clean and tight, none of that black corrosion, also try twisting the battery cables some and listen for a crunching sound, if you hear that it is time to replace them.
