Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1992 Honda Civic. My car will start but
when I turn the key over to start it I have to hold it
in a certain spot or the car will die. Even while on
the road. Anybody know what this could be?

the ignition switch is worn out.

So I would need the whole entire ignition switch that costs about 100 some?

You may just need the innards, but probably the whole thing. You will have to see what is available to buy
