My 92honda accord turned off while waiting on a light and i t won't start what could it be???

I have change the bobina and main relay
already but nothing happens.. the alternator
moves when I try to turn it on so I dnt know
if it could be the timing belt

I'm a little confused. Does the engine turn over when you engage the starter?
