Can I use my Honda-CRV winter rimmed tires on my 2010 Pontiac Vibe

Just bought a  2010 Pontiac Vibe and am putting my 2000 Honda-CRV to rest.  I would like to keep my Honda rimmed winter tires if possible and transfer them to my Pontiac Vibe if possible
