oil in upper engine

I own a '97 explorer with a 5.0L in it recently I noticed oil in the throttle body opening as well as the air filter is this something I should be concerned about

check your crank case vent valves and hoses. only way oil can get into the filter. besides a leak pr spill right on top of it
