Revs keep surging up/down when the car is stationary on / air flow coumulator has been replaced but no effect.

Revs surge up/.down when stationary and the vehicle shakes badly. air flow coumulator has been changed without any benifit. your help would be appriciated. thanks/

engine temp. sensor may be more than one . one bad, ck. air filter for clean also
