My car would stall out when warming up and whenever I stop. Now the car
tries to start but will not turn over. Air filter is clean. New battery. Oil and fluids
are fine. Why won't my car start?

Try turning on your car, when car turns on in the ON position jiggle the key back and forth but still in the ON position and if car shuts off its your ignition wire, driving down the road and all of a sudden your car shuts off but starts up again after a few minutes its your fuel pump not enough gas going to the engine
