What tool is need to get the screw out of the
transmission fluid tank. It's a square shape.

a 3/8 inch ratchet/extension..... or 1/2 inch depending on what you have.

You mean drain plug from transmission bottom pan right ,because transmission fluid thank located in the engine compartment and dos not have any screw.If you talking about transmission drain plug 3/8 inch ratchet extension could be used to lose/tight that plug.
