1996 Honda Accord with a vtec engine that when turned on will keep revving from 0-1200rpm for about a minute then idle.

Once idle the more the car starts to warm up the
more it shakes. When I step on the gas it doesn't
shake anymore but when I let off it starts to
shake.

Check for vacuum leaks. It might need a tuneup.
