Anti theft light is blinking rapidly
and won't start

So it is in full security mode, try the disarm procedure in the owners manual first, if you don't have the owners manual try this: from the inside manually lock all the doors except the drivers door, now exit the vehicle with keys in hand and close the drivers door, using the key manually lock the drivers door, wait at least 3 minutes then using the key unlock the drivers door, enter the vehicle and see if it will fire up and run. If it does then that's it you should be fine, but if it didn't work then you could have a failure in one of the door switches so the security system thinks there has been a forced entry, this will need to be checked out by someone who knows the system, a lot of independent shops have this knowledge, you just have to find one with good ratings.
