I'm looking at buying a '09 ford F250 extended cab with a V10 and a manuel transmision.  Just wondering what kind of fuel mileage would this truck get?

I have a 2010, V10, F250, 4x4, extended cab with an automatic transmission that gets about 14 mpg highway and 12-13 mpg city. Towing a 3,000 lb trailer it gets about 9 mpg.

I have a 2004 4 door. I just pulled all the cats resonators and emissions off. 3 inch single pipe into a small performance muffler that goes into a 4 inch tip all the way back.. Now that it breathes good and has less restriction, I also installed an SCT tuner. I had the tunes wrote to delete my cataladic converters 02 sensor.. I also put a spectre cold air intake on. Im gettig getting 18-19 MPG. If you do just the simple things that ive done to mine you will love it. its a night and day diffrence. plus it has a sound of its own that sound very mean. THANKS
