I have a honda torneo with a double over cam 2.2
vtec engine f2 the problem am having is that spark
is not going to the spark plugs i change the
distrubutor and it stil cranking strong but wont
start

Having a distributor. I would check the crank shaft position sensor. If this fails the computer will not know when the #1 cylinder is at TDC therefore you have no spark. Was the check engine light lit before preformed the work. If so did you have the codes recovered from the OBC system?
