Engine idoling and running rough and the "TCS" light has come on. All happened in one short drive.

I have an '04 ody. Just replaced timing belt, water pump, cam seals and crank seal. I know all the timing marks were on point. Ran fine for a few days then the engine light came on. Just today on my way home, the TCS light came on and the car started running rough while driving and at idle. After reading about all the tranny problems I'm about ready to get rid of it.
