New Prius battery worst MPG

Purchase new Hybrid battery for my Prius and had it
professionally installed at the mechanic shop now it won't
seem to hold a charge and I'm only getting 25 to 28 miles
to the gallon

Where did you purchase the battery? Was this a New Battery or a rebuild battery?
