My s80 2.5t can't shift gears

Why my s80 2.5t can't shift gears and now recently
it can't start at all.

You mean you put it in drive but it doesn't shift out of first gear? Or is it the shifter that is not engaging, i.e. can you shift to reverse and back up? If it's the former, you'll need it checked out by a pro. If it's the latter, you'll wanna investigate the throttle cable connection at the tranny and possibly in the steering wheel assembly.

Alright... so what EXACTLY is going on here? Do you mean the shifter won't move from the P position, or will it not move while in D?
