I've looked around for like months trying to find a turbo kit
for a 2.5l 5 cyl VW new beetle from 2009. Any suggestions?

Buy a factory turbo car, they are better engineered than an add on kit. The engine will be built for a turbo which is far better than adding a turbo to a naturally aspirated engine.
