Car battery light

Hi I’ve got a Ford Focus 1.6 tdci 2009 I’ve
recently had my battery light come on after
20 secs of starting the car but also now when
I’m driving the light comes on saying power
steering malfunction and all the clocks and
dash lights stop working as well as the power
steering any ideas what it could be ??

Nine times out of ten when battery light comes on the alternator is not charging other one percent blown alternator fuse or wiring problem. The other lights are coming on because alternator not charging.
