Brake lamp light on then vehicle gets stuck in park

On first start up this morning the dash had
a brake lamp light on. Figured that’s an
easy fix I’ll do it after work. Drove my kids
to school went to work no problem. On the
way home for lunch  The vehicle wasn’t
wanting to accelerate fully at take offs
while in traffic it would go forward but took
a few seconds to build up speed .it only
did this at 3 stops before my house. Once
home... I Reversed in to my drive way and
it seemed fine again  but once I put it in
park the brake pedal got stiff and the car
wouldn’t turn over anymore and was stuck
in park and the power door didn’t want to
shut on it’s own and had to  manually be
closed so I just figured the battery was
dead  because it also wasn’t making any
noises when I try to turn key not even the
sound it makes for the fuel. Fast forward
an hour and a half I went out just for the
hell of it to turn the key and boom it started
right up no issues. I then drove it around
the block and it took off fine no issues with
it shifting gears the  cluster wasn’t jumping
around there were no extra lights just that
brake lamp light that shows all the doors
open on the cluster everything seemed
normal again aside from that brake light. I
Parked it and boom the brake pedal locked
up again and the car won’t start it is
making the clicking sound now but it won’t  
turn over or even go into neutral. Has
anyone ever experienced this? What would
even cause this?
