Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have high beamS, DLR running meaning day light beams, all fuses have been checked, relays as many as I could checked, BCM checked. I could go on and on. is there way to splice the two wires for the DLR and  use those as my low beams as a continues low beam using the DLR as a safe place until I find and answer. Oh and fogs work,,, Yes I went under the dash,  I just need a break, enough of this SUV.  3 weeks and if you ask me if I did this or that I have,,, I don't want to use my high beams and blind folks that's not right.

I don't recommend it, but it will probably work. One suggestion would be to disconnect the DRLs and use the leads to wire to the low beams. That would get you on the road safely but a true fix should be in your plans in the next few days. Remember, if you do this you will have headlights (all the time) but NO tail lights (brake lights should still work but check them before taking the car on the road.
