MY BATTERY IS GOOD..I PUT THE KEY IN THE IGMITION AND TRY TO START IT AND IT GOES DEAD..TRIED GIVING IT A JUMP AND STILL WONT START..WHAT CAN IT BE.

Battery doesn't sound "good" to me. Did you check the voltage? How old s it? How are the battery cables and connections? Dirty?
