VIN location on 1971 Mercedes 220D

We're trying to sell our 1971 Mercedes 220D, and we are being told there
needs to be a VIN number on the A column. It is not there. There is a plate
on the door column. For a 1971 Mercedes, where are all of the VIN locations.

*1 one the left hand door open it and on the front Pillar / door jab..4 chassis , engine, paint codes, body plate.more under the hood 2 on the right hand inner area look close can't miss and then another on the left side of engine block, finally right hand lower frame rail. A pillar/ A column *1
