How to make 500 HP with today's 91 gas?

Question type: Car Customization

I have a 10,500 mile Syclone that apparently has been sitting too much and needs a rebuild.  Do you have a receipe for 500 rear wheel horsepower?
And approximate cost for parts, labor, etc.?
Thanks,
Bill

I would suggest reading up on what some of the engine guys are doing in some of the trade magazines. They regularly have builds like this.

95

dont listen to nick i have a turbo regal runing 520hp to the wheels with a stock spec engine still 3.8 with only a turbo upgrade and fuel system running e85 but ive seen other guys with the exact same build as mine do it with 91 and alky injection if your looking at running 91 but with 500 or more you need to start with a good tune and then work on something with alky injection
