My truck wont start after i changed the valve seals

I changed out the valve seals and after i put it back together it wont fire and i noticed that there is no fuel coming from the injectors that i replaced 2 years ago along with the fuel pump and filter i checked the fuse and the relay all seems good i am at a loss as far as trounle shooting.
