How do I swap out steering columns on a 98 taurus?

a lot of blood sweat and tears,it is a tuff job,i would have a shop do it.

I replaced the steering column in my 2003ford Taurus I took the new out of a 2000model everything was the same except one white plug and the car will not start now what can I do
