Starving for gas

Truck is hard to start sound like it's starving for gas
replace fuel filter distributor cap.  Rotor please any
advise would be appreciated this truck has a
carbuator

Clean carburetor with spray carburetor cleaner hold accelerator cable or have someone hold gas pedal down to keep vehicle from cutting off while spraying carb cleaner into carburetor use the whole can.
