305 or 350?

Hi just purchased a 92 gmc sierra 1500 4x4
and am wondering how you differentiate
between the 305 5l and the 350 5.7l. It is a
4 speed od automatic. Also am wondering
if 1000 was a good price for it at
160,000km has a few minor issues. I hope
all minor.

If you post the block casting number then I could tell you what it is. Also in my neck of the woods, any 4X4 is worth $1000.
