I broke the connecting piece for my coolant line it's still inside the block with sealant how would I get that out

If Tom's suggestions don't pan out, try a tap. Tubing comes in standard sizes and a tap should thread inside. I might give enough grip to pull it out. Put some grease in the flutes to catch the metal particles.
