I have a 1993 gmc Yukon 4x4 and the rear end locked up. It has a 241c np transfer case and the question is what other year rear end will be compatible with the transfer case

1992,3,4,5 should work but you have to make sure they are the same ratio as what you have now, that's the real problem.
