i have swapped the body for a 40 pickup on 98 explorer and now have a normal radiator which i suspect needs a presure cap as i dont have a overflow bottle has anyone had this problem

You still put the radiator cap on that it calls for, You probably going to have to hook up an overflow reservoir.
