I have a 1998 Ford explorer ut

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME ... it sounds like a lot
of money to get things fixed and I are u can also
save so my problem is I got a car from a Craigslist  
and my car started up it drove home I had to fix the
alternator I did I drove the next day twice now my
truck won't start all the lights come on but it won't
make a sound four people have looked at it one
said the starter one said the key the theft light is
not blinking fast and and the fuel button in pushed
down do this sound like anything anyone knows
about??????

If the PATS is activated it will either blink rapidly or glow steadily. (http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/index.php?threads/everything-you-wanted-to-know-about-pats.234975/). You may want to get it up to any auto parts store and have them do their free check on the charging system. If the battery is bad or has a dead cell it may not be enough to crank the starter even if lights come on. You could also take a look at the starter relay.
