My 10 amp fuse keeps burning out due to then van won't start it is listed in the crank spot under the dash fuse box

How do I find the short n does this have a relay and is there a wire diagram for this short


check your wiring especially to starter, something is shorting out, check all harness connectors and look for a bare wire/worn insulation or something arcing.
