Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am replacing a brake booster in a 97 gmc jimmy. Do I need to disconnect
brake lines from master cylinder or can I just disconnect master cylinder from
brake booster leaving lines attached. Keeping master cylinder.

If there is enough play in the brake lines, then you can slide MC away from booster without disconnecting them.
