First thing,Mark Helpful is the button you click when some one answers your question and you think there help full, now on to your question, usually the crank sensor fires the fuel injectors, same as plugs,a fuel issue can be checked by check the fuel rail bleeder check valve near the heads, you should have it checked for pressure then you will know if it is a fuel issue.

After much research I know that a leaking GM spider fuel injection meter body needs to be replaced but there are no apparent cracks but fuel must be getting through some seals or electrical connectors. Can this just be leaking due to high fuel pressure from a bad fuel pressure regulator and or clogged injector nozzle ? 1 answer
Fuel pools up inside the very top of the AC DELCO part # 17113274 METER ASM TBI spider assembly where it connects to electrical harness.
