My battery on my 2004 Yukon Denali has went dead and I'm having a hard time jumping the battery or using a battery charger.

because whenever  I connect either the
alarm I had installed a while ago keeps
coming on which make the charger shut off.

put a new battery in it sound like a bad plate in the battery..and disconect the alarm first...then report back.. and we will go into the alarm part of it..
