Hello I need some help I have a GMC sierra 2000 and its been about a week or so that I started noticing something was wrong every time I would brake and turn either left or right it seem like it jump

But now every time I turn it brakes it looks
like something all of a sudden stops the
tires and start leaving black lines behind  
friends say its the differential but to be
honest I've never change the oil I've had it
since along time can someone give me an
idea

Possibly in the differential but then that means it is locked into 4-wheel drive, would have to look at that issue, but I suspect that you have a bad CV joint in the front axle.
