Car turns over, new coil but no ignition spark, Why?

I would suspect the Ignition Control Module. You can take it out and have it tested at an auto parts store. Another thing to check is to take the distributor cap off and see if you can turn the rotor while it is in place. A lot of times the pin sears for the distributor shaft gear and just needs replacing.
