1991 telstar 5 speed manual.is stuck in 1st gear,how do get it out?

how is the clutch pedal,normal pushing or easy,could be a bad slave cylender,clutch,release bearing is shot.crank in gear,pull shifter to nutural position when it starts.you dont want to manually force it out of gear.

The clutch went to the floor first then i pumped it and got it back now i can't get 1st 3rd or reverse i can get 2 4 and 5
