Can my 1999 4.0 v 6 in ford ranger interchange with a 2003 bronco that has same motor

Do you mean 2003 explorer? If so then yes as all 4.0 sohc from 96 to 07 are essentially the same but you will want to use your intake plenum and sensors/ modules/ wiring
