where is the ecu on my 1998 previa?

nothing works in my car i just need to find the ecu to fix it,anyone know where it is?

I have a 92 previa and ecu is located under the driver's seat.

I have a 94 lucida. My car's overdrive failure to shift when I drive up to 80km.
